ISSUE: Investing in early childhood education OUR VIEW: Critical priority worthy of investment
Beginnings are the best place to start.
Kentucky has increased its investment in early childhood education. The public schools in Hardin County and Elizabethtown have been leaders in that direction. Work done here by Community Coordinated Child Care, commonly called 4Cs, has long been at the forefront of this movement.
