Kentucky State Fair announces the 2013 YAP Advisory Council members

Eight local youth are among 35 who were selected to serve on the 2013 Kentucky State Fair Young Adult Project Advisory Council. It is the largest council named since the program began in 2009, and the youth represent 30 high schools and colleges in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
