Krebs speaks at Elizabethtown Lions meeting

Elizabethtown Lions Club president Brian Dennis welcomed former UK Basketball player Mark Kebs as guest speaker at the Jan. 11 meeting. Kebs was brought to speak at the club by Lions Al Mather and Stacey Wyatt. He recounted his journey toward achieving his dream of playing for the University of Kentucky. He told how he was inspired by his mother’s courage and determination as she battled cancer, never giving up.
