Kentucky State Police are investigating a rollover crash that occurred shortly after midnight Tuesday on Interstate 65 near Elizabethtown.
According to KSP, a 2005 F-150 pickup overturned and came to rest at the bottom of an embankment near the 97 mile-marker, ejecting the driver and two occupants.
The driver, Louisville resident Tammy Smith, 37, and two teens were taken by ambulance to Hardin Memorial Hospital, then transferred to University Hospital in Louisville with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation. Police do not suspect alcohol was a contributing factor. None of the occupants wore a seat belt, police said.
