A man wanted by the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force for manufacturing methamphetamine was arrested Saturday in Hart County where he now faces additional charges.
Kenneth Wayne Priddy, 50, of Sonora was indicted in November in Hardin Circuit Court on charges of complicity to manufacture methamphetamine-second offense and first-degree persistent felony offense.
Priddy was released from jail in November before the grand jury returned an indictment, and according to investigators, he evaded police until his arrest Saturday morning in Hart County by a trooper assigned to Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green.
In Hart County, Priddy faces charges of manufacturing methamphetamine-second or greater offense, first-degree possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Hart County Detention Center’s online records. A bond had not been set Sunday.
Investigators continue to search for Priddy’s co-defendant, Ellis Beeler, who also was indicted in Hardin County for complicity to manufacture methamphetamine.
