Kentucky State Police Sgt. Matt Johnson said Friday that the scene investigators found at Karen Comer’s Rineyville home was the result of a “full-on assault” with Tracy Burke as the intended target.
Johnson, who collected evidence from the home after Comer and Burke were killed, resumed his testimony on the fourth day of the fourth murder trial against former U.S. Army Sgt. Brent Burke, who is charged with the murder of his wife and her former mother-in-law.
