Many local homes enjoyed a more merry Christmas thanks to the work of local charitable organizations. Helping Hand and North Hardin HOPE served thousands over the Christmas holiday.
North Hardin HOPE distributed toys to 1,208 children in the Radcliff area, in partnership with Salvation Army and Toys for Tots, said David Dozer, executive director of North Hardin HOPE and Helping Hand.
The two-day distribution went well, Dozer said.
