LOCAL NOTEBOOK: North Hardin's Gumm named KGCA Girls' Player of the Year (11/27)

Plenty of area athletes and coaches have been honored after the Kentucky Golf Coaches’ Association released its all-region teams, the Kentucky Football Coaches’ Association announced its Player of the Year and Coach of the Year in each of the state’s 48 districts and the Kentucky Track & Cross Country Coaches’ Association released its all-state teams.

GOLF. North Hardin senior Lydia Gumm was voted KGCA State Player of the Year and Region 3 Player of the Year and earned 1-of-7 spots on the all-region team.
