A Louisville woman has been charged in a single-vehicle crash Monday night that knocked down a utility pole leaving some residents without power and shutting down a portion of Dixie Avenue in Elizabethtown for several hours.
Amber L. Noe, 26, is facing a charge of driving under the influence.
Noe was arrested and lodged Tuesday morning at Hardin County Detention Center after being treated at Hardin Memorial Hospital for minor injuries, according to Elizabethtown Police Department.
