Man accused of bigamy

An Elizabethtown man charged with bigamy pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Friday in Hardin District Court.
Nicholas D. Clark, 21, was arrested Thursday and charged with bigamy, a class D felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Elizabethtown Police received a complaint from Amanda Clark, 19, one of his alleged wives. Clark is accused of marrying Amanda Marie Frazier Clark on Nov 20, 2009, after previously marrying another woman in July 2008 without divorcing.
