Mary Stutzman Naylor, 90, of Elizabethtown, died Sunday Jan. 29, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Washington County, Iowa, and retired as a registered nurse from St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo, Ind.. She was a member of the Woman’s Club of Elizabethtown and the National Association of Retired Federal Workers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin W. Naylor; her parents, Earl E. and Ida Mae Peck Stutzman; a son, Robert Alan Naylor; and a brother, Gearld Stutzman.
She is survived by four sons, Jerard Wayne Naylor of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Christopher Lee (Nancy) Naylor of Augusta, Ga., the Rev. David William Naylor of Louisville and Donald Keith Naylor of Elizabethtown; a sister, Elizabeth Carel of Rock Island, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Jeffrey Todd (Christy), Fredrick Austin, Jason Douglas, Krystal Leigh, Matthew David, Jacob Johan (Degi) and Joshua Keith; four great-grandchildren, Zoe, Lily, Peyton and Gabriel Naylor; and a favorite cousin, Maxine Butterbaugh of Marshalltown, Iowa.
The funeral was Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Mark Judd officiating. Burial was in Davenport Memorial Park in Davenport, Iowa.
