ELIZABETHTOWN — Josh Johnson begins his weekdays teaching elementary-school children the fundamentals of being fit. He ends his weekdays teaching people how to wrestle each other to the ground.
Josh Johnson, a P.E. teacher at G.C. Burkhead Elementary School, runs Elizabethtown Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. Johnson is one of five black belts in jiu-jitsu in Kentucky.
