Alcohol sales should be put to a vote
The issue is not a moral one but rather a matter of allowing voters to decide if they want alcoholic beverages sold at retailers in the county. The first amendment gives us the right to petition and that is exactly what Y.E.S. is doing. They are gathering signatures on a petition so the question can be put to a vote. No matter if you are for or against the issue, voters in Hardin County have the right to decide.
