The following misdemeanor cases are found in Hardin District Court. KAPS stands for Kentucky Alternative Programs. Totals include court costs and/or public advocacy fees. Birth year is in parenthesis.

Jerry Finch (1977) pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting less than $500. Sentenced to six months in jail with credit for time served, probated for two years. Fined $210 plus court costs and ordered to stay out of Walmarts in Hardin County.

Bradley Thomas (1987) pleaded guilty to failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated for two years. Fined $1,000 plus court costs.

Alexandrea M. Gass (1994) pleaded guilty in three separate cases for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license. She also pleaded guilty to violations for speeding 18 mph over the posted limit, failure to notify the Transportation Cabinet of an address change and failure to wear seat belts. Sentenced to six months in jail with credit for time served, probated for two years and license suspension for three years. Fines plus court costs.

Justin L. Borders (1988) pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct second-degree and resisting arrest. Two other charges were dismissed. Sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for time served with the balance probated for two years. Fined $185 plus court costs.

Natasha Nichole Brooks (1977) pleaded guilty to fraudlent use of a credit card and theft by unlawful taking of less than $500. Sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and balance probated for two years. Restitution is required. KAPS. Ordered to pay a fine plus court costs.

Caleb Crotty Brown (1992) pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated for two years plus subject to random drug exams with KAPS. Fined $100 plus court costs.

Christopher W. Griffin (1984) pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated for two years, plus court costs. Ordered to submit to random drug screenings with KAPS.

Leiana Aileen Roach (1975) pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks. Restitution has been made. Issued a fine and court costs.

Brittney A. Ray (1990) pleaded guilty to failure to maintain proper insurance. Restitution has been made. Fine: $1,000 probated for two years, plus court costs and submission to random checks.

Christina M. Hardy (1981) pleaded guilty to failure to maintain required auto insurance and speeding 15 mph over the posted limit. Fines total $1,900 plus court cost.
