The following misdemeanor cases are found in Hardin District Court. KAPS stands for Kentucky Alternative Programs. Totals include court costs and/or public advocacy fees. Birth year is in parenthesis.

James Ray Poole (1975). Possession of a controlled substance, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 35 days already served.

Hope Renee Shelburne (1986). Possession of a controlled substance, third degree, and controlled substance not in its original container. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, probated. Assigned to drug court.

Valerie L. Edwards (1986). Two counts of theft by deception, cold checks. Bond posted. Must pay court costs.

Christopher E. Higdon (1992). Failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, first offense, and reckless driving. Fined $1,000 plus court costs with $900 probated.

Matthew R. Lile (1977). Failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, second offense. Fined $1,000 plus court costs with $900 probated.

Onzy Glen Sandlin (1981). Two counts of thefy by deception, cold checks. Sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated. Must make restitution through KAPS and pay court costs.

Courtney L. Pendley (1995). Disorderly conduct, second degree, and resisting arrest. Sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for five days already served.

Krysta Michele Puckett (1973). Theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, probated. Must pay court costs. Ordered to stay out of Walmart.

Melissa Lynn Cecil (1973). Theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated. Restitution must be made through KAPS.

Casey L. Moore (1981). Assault, fourth degree, with minor injury. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, probated. Fined $100 plus court costs. Must complete anger management training through KAPS.

Robert L. Neal Jr. (1956). Failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, first offense. Fined $1,000 plus court costs.

Wilton B. Stone Jr. Probation violation on $1,000 fine. Lodge in jail until paid for a maximum of 20 days. Time to be served concurrently with another sentence.

Elliott Austin (1995). Probation violation. Must serve 30-day jail sentence.

Jeremy T. Blanton (1990). Failure of non-owner to maintain required auto insurance, first offense, and operating on a suspended or revoke license. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, probated. Fined $1,000 plus court costs.

Nicholas C. Enlow (1991). Leaving the scene of an accident - failure to render aid, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked license and failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance. Sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for five days served with balance probated. Fined $1,000 plus court costs. Ordered to make restitution through KAPS.

Nafiys William Johnson (1992). Assualt, fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injury. Sentenced to eight months in jail, probated. Fined $100 plus court cost. Must undergo anger management training with KAPS. Ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Whitney M. Muidderman (1978). Theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting. Sentenced to 60 days in jail, probated. Fined $100 plus court costs. Ordered to say out of Walmart.

Ashley N. Pyles (1983). Possession of a controlled substance, third degree, plus prescription not in its original container and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to six months in jail, probated. Fined $100 plus court costs.

Lucas Stephen Smith (1994). Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a violation for failure to wear a seat belt. Sentenced to seven days in jail. Fined $175 plus court costs.

Kaci W. Thompson (1979). Multiple counts of theft by deception, including cold checks. Sentenced to 12 months in jail, probated. Must make restitution through KAPS.

Zechariah Inman Wood (1991). Trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, first offense, plus possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, second degree. Sentenced to 240 days in jail, probated. Fined $100 plus court costs. Subject to drug screenings administered by KAPS.

Stephen Lamont Humphrey (1976). Violation of a Kentucky emergency protective order and harassing communications. Sentenced to six months in jail, to be served concurrently with another jail sentence. Credit for 23 days already served.

Harry J. Seaman (1987). Failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, second or subsequent offense. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated. Fined $500 plus court costs. Must make restitution through KAPS.

Zachary T. Goodwin (1990). Fleeing or evading police, second degree, plus criminal mischief, third degree, and possession of a synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines. Sentenced to 303 days in jail, probated. Evaluation ordered.

Tommy L. Isenhart (1965). Disorderly conduct, second degree. Sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for four days served. Must pay court costs.

Tammie L. Lax (1981). Probation violation. Four days to serve in jail.

Robert D. Boggs (1976). Probation violation. Bond revoked.

Bobbi A. Bishop (1984). Probation violation. Two days to serve in jail.

Carrington L. Belcher Jr. (1978). Disorderly conduct, second degree. Sentenced to 90 days in jail, probated for two years. Fined $250 plus court costs.

David Lee Bohannan (1990). Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoke license and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, first offense. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, probated for two years. Fined $1,000 plus court costs.

Tussie Kahlua Harper (1991). Assault, fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injury. Sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for one day served and balanced probated for two years. Must complete anger management and evaluation with KAPS. Must pay court costs.

Stephen Lamont Humphrey (1976). Probation violation. Ordered to serve 174 days in jail with credit for 23 days served. Time will run concurrently with another jail sentence.

Jesse L. Lane (1974). Failure of owner to maintain required auto insurance, first offense, and a violation for failing to wear seat belt. Fined $1,025 plus court costs with $900 probated for two years.

Nicholas Heath Priddy (1979). Assault, fourth degree, domestic violence with minor injury. Sentenced to 120 days in jail with credit for 66 days served. Sentence to run concurrent with another jail sentence. Must pay court costs.

Arbey L. Smith (1983). Assault, fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury. Sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for four days served. Must pay court costs.
