Movies go to the playhouse

ELIZABETHTOWN — A baby doll flung across the stage, a bearded female maid, multiple deaths, love, passion, determination and loss are all ingredients compressed into a 10-minute frenetic performance during “HCP at the Movies.”

During a recent rehearsal for the Hardin County Playhouse fundraiser, those elements came together in a segment of the production called “Ten Minute Gone with the Wind.”
