ELIZABETHTOWN — For Keith Johnson, the MS Walk Hardin County is personal.
Diagnosed 2 1/2 years ago with multiple sclerosis, Johnson said the third annual event means a great deal to him, as the walk chairman for the second straight year, and many others.
The first two walks generated about $71,000. So far this year, $25,00 has been raised with “a lot more coming in Saturday,” Johnson said. This year's goal is $55,000.
