Members of Mu Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International shared an interactive discussion on “Stress and Stress Management” with Chaplain Mark Judd at its Jan. 8 meeting. Angela Isaacs, Professional Affairs chairperson, introduced Chaplain Judd who emphasized that many physical problems are related to stress.
Other discussion related to the role of educators in helping students deal with stress in their lives. Chaplain Judd concluded by suggesting to members that the best stress management plan is to do everything possible to take care of them.
