ELIZABETHTOWN — The murder and criminal abuse trial of Danielle Marie Lucas and her boyfriend, Antwan Hayes, will remain in Hardin County unless potential jurors express preconceived opinions of innocence or guilt during questioning.
Attorneys for both defendants asked for a change of venue Wednesday, but were denied the requested change after Senior Judge Janet Coleman found news coverage to be extensive, but not prejudicial against the defense.
