Navy Federal Credit Union becomes BBB member

Cathy Williamson, branch manager for the Better Business Bureau, presents an accreditation plaque to Kate Safstrom, branch operations manger for Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal Credit Union recently qualified to be an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. In order to be an accredited member of the BBB, the business must meet the 15 Standards for Membership established by the Better Business Bureau.
