The Historic State Theater not only has a new season but a new leader as well. Emily West has taken over as executive director at the theater and is looking forward to what lies ahead.

In her first week on the job, West doesn’t know for sure how successful last season was, but knows the fall of 2010 was successful with good crowds at presentations of “A Christmas Story” and “The Ghost and Mr. Chicken,” which returned for a second run.
