The choir at North Hardin High School will be presented with a check of $10,000 today from the “Glee” Give-A-Note campaign, sponsored by the Fox television show and the National Association for Music Education.

The choral program, along with about 500 others from across the country, submitted a video about why they needed a grant, and were one of 60 schools selected for a second-place prize of $10,000.

The program will receive the money at the Hardin County Schools Performing Arts Center at John Hardin High School, where they are performing the musical “Alice” at 7 p.m.
