MEADE COUNTY – A Rineyville woman at the wheel of a vehicle that struck and killed a pedestrian on Ky. 144 the night of March 1 will not be indicted for vehicular homicide, a prosecutor said Friday.
Meade County Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Susan Streble said evidence gleaned from an investigation of 37-year-old Carmen Stevens’ deadly collision with Bardstown resident Billy Jo Webb, 28, supports only misdemeanor violations.
