MEADE COUNTY — Motorists on Sunday drove through a sun-splashed colonnade of cedars at Otter Creek Park for maybe the last time.
Louisville officials plan to pretty much shut down the park starting Friday to help the city cope with a $20 million budget shortfall.
David Lee was one of those who rambled through Otter Creek during this last weekend. He said it feels like his family farm is being auctioned off.
