The North Hardin High School marching band was one of two Kentucky schools to advance to the Bands of America Grand National Championships semifinals in Indianapolis. Only 22 of the 90 bands that competed advanced to the semifinal round.
North Hardin performed in the opening round Thursday and again Saturday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium. The band did not advance to the finals.
“We’ve had an incredible season and today was by far our best performance,” director Brian Froedge said after Saturday's performance.
