Enough opposition

Never in the history of the United States has the opposition held a meeting and decided that no matter what the policy, even if it were good for the country, they are going to object and block the policy. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich informed us of that.

The point is that the Republican Party for the past four years was in hopes that if the economic recovery was slow enough they would be able to use that as rallying cry to vote a Republican back into the White House.
