So Elizabethtown city officials and council members are mad and disgusted at the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Service for the fee it is charging for the easement from Veterans Way to the back of Towne Mall.

Perhaps city officials should take a page out of their own book and do what they told Elizabethtown resident and visitors to do when they rammed an illegal restaurant tax down our throats: “Quit your whinin’ and cryin’, your moanin’ and your groanin’, and shut up and pay up!”
