The Optimist Club of Radcliff welcomes new member Sheila Richardson, center, who was sponsored by Willie Lee. Richardson was inducted by Willie Lee, Optimist International president-elect for the Mid-Atlantic region, right, and was presented a new member packet by club president Jackie Banks.
