Tech Sgt. Joshua and Margaret Goins of Shalimar, Fla., announce the birth of a son, Joseph Edmund Goins, on Dec. 28, 2007, at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Elbert and Jeanie Goins of Cecilia and Vickie LaBombard of Shalimar and the late Staff Sgt. Steven LaBombard. Great-grandparents are the late Winson and Reba Hair and retired Chief Master Sgt. Dewayne and LouEtta Ranken of Biloxi, Miss.
