Jonathan and Cathy Riggs of Clarkson announce the birth of a daughter, Lila Lynn, on May 21, 2008, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 8 1/2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Siblings are Laurel and Leanne.
Grandparents are William Roger and Patty Higdon of Mount Washington and Hubert and Janice Riggs of Clarkson.
Great-grandparents are Ida Higdon of Clarkson and Owen and Viola Riggs of Upton.
