Jonathan and Cathy Riggs of Clarkson announce the birth of a son, Luke Alan Riggs, on April 21, 2011, at Hardin Memorial Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Siblings are Laurel Riggs, Leanne Riggs and Lila Riggs, all of Clarkson.
Grandparents are William Roger and Patty Higdon of Mount Washington and Hubert and Janice Riggs of Clarkson.
