In aftermath of scathing audit, new management rededicated to focusing on Medicare participants

Passport Health Plan representatives said the organization and the health care business are undergoing changes, but users shouldn’t see any difference in the care they’re receiving.

Representatives of the Louisville-based organization met with The News-Enterprise’s editorial board Thursday to discuss changes made by the nonprofit organization, a managed care Medicaid provider, since it was the subject of a state audit released in November.
