Vehicles are moved onto rollbacks to remove them from the scene of a wreck Tuesday night on North Mulberry Street at the intersection with Panther Lane in Elizabethtown. Elizabethtown Police say Andrea Williams, 41, of Elizabethtown, was eastbound in a 1982 Dodge pick-up truck when she checked her phone and swerved into westbound lanes. Williams collided with a Toyota van driven by Luz Mendes, 41, of Fort Knox. Williams is charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence-aggravated and failure to produce insurance. Another vehicle was unable to avoid the collision and hit the van, police said. One patient was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital with chest pain, according to spokesman Virgil Willoughby.
