Kayla Peters of Cecilia has sent me several recipes in the past, and I always know when I get them that they will be good for me. She is the one who introduced me to the turkey burger recipe that I love so much. This is another recipe that is very tasty and healthy. It’s easy, and it’s delicious. The turkey pepperoni is available in most grocery stores, but you may have to ask where it is. I think it will become more popular after this recipe is published. I never even had heard of it, but after tasting it in this recipe, I don’t think I could tell the difference in the turkey pepperoni and regular pepperoni. What I like about Kayla’s cooking is that it always reminds me of how almost any recipe can be tweaked and changed according to your likes or health needs. You could add almost any vegetable to this if you weren’t wild about zucchini or bell peppers. This is a really flexible recipe, and I love it.
