Police seek help in locating child

RINEYVILLE — Kentucky State Police issued a warrant for Jaymee Danyelle Seaborn on Sunday, for allegedly interfering with custodial duties.

According to a KSP news release, Seaborn, 19, of Rineyville, took her 5-month-old daughter away from the child’s legal guardian Friday. The guardian is Barbara Fletcher, Seaborn's mother.

Seaborn was driving a black Ford Explorer at the time and was possibly with another woman, according to the release.
