Betty Long was apologetic Monday.
Addressing Elizabethtown City Council for the second time in three weeks, the longtime Poplar Drive resident told city officials she was foolish to habitually vote for elected officials without keeping an eye on their actions.
“Whether you like it or not, we’re your boss,” she said.
