Trevis and Sandy Powell of Cecilia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather Rachelle Powell, to Jacob Matthew Owens, son of Patrick and Rhonda Owens of Cecilia.
The wedding is at 2 p.m. Jan. 1, 2013, at Freedom’s Way Church in Cecilia with a reception to follow at the church.
