An attorney for a Fort Knox man facing a charge of first-degree rape requested a preliminary hearing be postponed Wednesday morning in Hardin District Court so he has time to locate potential witnesses.
Defense attorney Doug Miller is representing Joseph E. Snyder, 30, a soldier in the 5/15th Cavalry who pleaded not guilty to the rape charge at his arraignment last week in Hardin District Court. Snyder currently is out on bond.
