The News-Enterprise LEXINGTON — Kentucky High School Athletic Association commissioner Brigid DeVries announced several changes in staffing at the KHSAA offices last week and outlined a framework for other changes that may be forthcoming. The biggest change in DeVries’ announcement was naming Darren Bilberry as the compliance coordinator for the office. “Probably the most notable change is the designation of a compliance coordinator,” DeVries said.
