By The Staff

The John Hardin Bulldogs ended their losing skid – even with senior point guard Brandon Price suffering an ankle injury and playing limited minutes.

Junior guard Patrick Anderson scored a team-high 21 points, while senior forward Daveon Greene recorded a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds to lift John Hardin to a 71-52 victory Sunday afternoon over Ohio County in the Republic Bank Holiday Classic. The win ended the Bulldogs’ two-game slide.

Price rolled his left ankle in the first quarter and only played 5 minutes, according to coach Mark Wells. But Wells said Price should be fine for this week.

Junior forward Keon Williams and freshman guard Matt Miller each added nine points and three steals.
