PREP BASKETBALL ROUNDUP: No. 7 John Hardin rallies by Louisville Eastern (02/15)

John Hardin got down Thursday night and unfortunately for Louisville Eastern, the No. 7 Bulldogs were never out.
Down seven points entering the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs rallied for a 51-47 win over the visiting Eagles to extend their winning streak to 14.
Senior point guard Brandon Price led the Bulldogs (22-3) with 15 points and five assists, while senior power forward Daveon Greene added 15 points and four re-bounds. Senior wing Keon Williams chipped in with 12 points, four rebounds and two steals.

FORT KNOX 89, LOUISVILLE PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 82. Senior Zach Legg, the team’s longtime manager, made two free throws near the end of the game to help the Eagles (9-15) secure their fourth win in seven games.
Junior guard Chris Jackson scored a team-high 19 points for Fort Knox, while junior wing Michael Powell had 18. Junior guard Michael Armstead had 15 and senior forward Rashaan Allen had 13.

GIRLS: NO. 16 LARUE COUNTY 70, CAMPBELLSVILLE 24. Playing in her final home game, LaRue County senior Alisha Durbin posted a double-double with a career-high 20 points and 10 rebounds as the Lady Hawks (23-5) cruised by the Lady Eagles (8-20).
Junior wing Ivy Brown added 17 points, eight assists, eight rebounds and four steals for the Lady Hawks, who have won five straight and 17-of-19.
Sophomore guard Alexis Brewer chipped in with 11 points, eight assists and five steals. Junior post Alley Evans had 11 points, five rebounds and four steals and senior forward Haley Holt had seven points and eight rebounds.
