PREP BASKETBALL: State basketball draws announced (01/27)

Coaches, players and fans of the 5th Region had to pleased with the draws for the 2013 KHSAA Boys’ and Houchens Industries/KHSAA Girls’ State Basketball Tournaments.

The 5th Region champion plays the winner of the 16th Region on the second day of the Boys’ Sweet 16, which will be held March 6-10 at Rupp Arena in Lexington. Game time is set for 1:30 p.m.
