PREP FOOTBALL: John Hardin gets offense going in opening win (8/31)

By CHUCK JONES cjones@thenewsenterprise.com RADCLIFF — All week long the John Hardin offense heard from coach Mark Brown about its struggles in two preseason scrimmages to find the end zone. The Bulldogs might have caught an earful after its opening drive Friday night. Like they had done in scrimmages against Louisville Eastern and Lexington Bryan Station, the Bulldogs moved the ball effectively but turned the ball over on downs. “Coach Brown had been riding us pretty hard,” John Hardin senior David Morehead said.
