Lydia Gumm made waves last year when the North Hardin High School sophomore golf standout shot a jaw-dropping 61 to win the Kentucky Invitational Tournament at the par-70 Lakewood Country Club in Russell Springs for the fifth straight year.

The North Hardin junior duplicated her score Saturday as Gumm recorded her sixth straight KIT victory by eight strokes over Campbellsville’s Ellen Kehoe and Williamsburg’s Becky Sharpe.
