PREP SOFTBALL: North Hardin's Blair strikes out 11, hits five RBIs in rout of John Hardin (04/10)

-A A +A
By Nathaniel Bryan

Practically the only thing pitcher Bailey Blair didn’t do Tuesday afternoon for North Hardin was drive the team bus.

But the sophomore is just 15, so she shouldn’t be driving anything – legally, anyway. And her Trojans were hosting 17th District rival John Hardin, so transportation wasn’t an issue.

Still, things couldn’t have gone much better for Blair, who was one hit batsman away from a five-inning perfect game and helped herself by going 2-for-3 with five RBIs as the balanced Trojans used 16 hits to overpower the Lady Bulldogs, 10-0.
