The John Hardin Lady Bulldogs won their second 15th District contest in as many days with a 25-16, 25-17 victory over visiting Fort Knox on Tuesday.
Junior middle hitter Amanda Vuleta led John Hardin (7-13-2 overall, 4-3 district) with five kills and two blocks, while sophomore strong-side hitter Crystal Falefata chipped in with five kills and one ace.
Junior middle hitter Alyssa Gatlin added five kills, two digs and one ace and junior setter Paige McQuown had eight assists and one ace.
No statistics were available for Fort Knox (0-16-2), which lost its fifth consecutive match.
John Hardin won the junior varsity match, 21-18, 21-16.

MEADE COUNTY DEF. LARUE COUNTY, 25-15, 25-19. Sophomore middle hitter Tiffany Filburn had seven kills, four aces, four blocks and three digs as the homestanding Lady Waves (13-7) won for the eighth time in their last nine matches.
Senior setter Shelby Chism chipped in with five assists, three kills, three digs and one block, while senior right-side hitter Megan Fackler added three blocks, three digs, one ace and one kill.
Senior outside hitter Claire Cannady had 16 digs, two kills and one ace.
Sophomore outside hitter Brea Huhn paced LaRue County (16-8-2) with seven kills and three blocks, while junior outside hitter Melanie Huhn had four kills and three blocks.
Sophomore middle hitter Lauren Patterson added six blocks and five kills.
Meade County won the JV match, 21-17, 21-12 and the freshman match, 21-16, 21-10.
