Elizabethtown attorney Dwight Preston argued Thursday that residents affected by a proposed Glendale Interstate and Highway Overlay Zone are being unfairly discriminated against by the plan while having their land stripped from them without due process and just compensation.
Preston appealed an October recommendation made by the Hardin County Planning Commission to approve the zone to Hardin Fiscal Court, which heard arguments from Preston and Planning Director Chris Hunsinger Tuesday night following a called meeting.
