Elizabethtown police believe a $35 drug deal resulted in gunfire and two Radcliff residents appeared in court Wednesday to answer a variety of charges.
Hardin District Judge Kimberly Shumate found probable cause Wednesday for all charges filed against Kelly L. Kennedy, 33, and Stacey G. Ford, 30. The two were arrested Jan. 3 after a shot was fired on the 400 block of North Mantle Avenue in Elizabethtown.
Ford is charged with attempted murder, wanton endangerment, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
