District Judge Kim Shumate found probable cause Wednesday in the case against a West Point man accused of sending sexually explicit messages to his foster child.
Jimmie Sturgill, 64, is charged with one count of first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
According to the arrest warrant, Sturgill sent sexually charged Facebook messages to a girl from October to June. She was 14 at the time Sturgill allegedly began sending messages.
