Radcliff approves Millpond work when mayor casts tiebreaking vote

With a tie-breaking vote, outgoing Radcliff Mayor Sheila Enyart put a stamp of approval on additional development of Millpond Business Center on Ky. 313.
After lengthy, heated exchanges between two factions of the council Tuesday night, Enyart’s vote snapped a 3-3 gridlock on a motion to invest $475,000 to level a portion of the site to grade.
